"Ati was recommended to me by a very good friend and she exceeded all my expectations. My home buying experience was extremely difficult and I encountered every conceiveable roadblock one could imagine. It took me over 5 months to close and on numerous occasions I wanted to give up but Ati would not let me. She knew how much I wanted to own a home and every time the deal seemed like it was going to fall apart, there was Ati holding it all together. There were numerous parties involved and Ati was always calling people, making in-person visits, and on several occasions really going to bat for me with lenders who were not cooperating or intentionally making the process more difficult. I decided last year to bite the bullet and buy a condo in the District after renting for 7 years in Virginia. I was extremely nervous and thought of every excuse in the book not to go through with it: the bad economy, the depletion of my hard-earned savings account, the cost of living in DC, interest rates could drop even lower and just plain old fear. I contacted Ati of District Home Buzz and she put all my fears to rest and gave me the confidence that I was able to do this and it was indeed high time that I had a place to call my own! My experience throughout was spectacular! She really listens to her clients as she carefully selected listings that she knew I would be interested in viewing, therefore cutting down on my time going through listings that did not appeal to me. Well, after a few short months, I found my potential home. Then came time for me to make an offer and once again Ati stepped in and allayed my fears as I began to panic at the prospect of becoming a home-owner. I think she moonlights as a shrink as she talked me through my fears, restored my sanity and healed my frayed nerves. Ati makes home-buying easy for novices like me; she holds your hand every step of the way and guides you through a process that could be stressful and a bit overwhelming at times.
