Workshop Description:
This workshop is specifically designed to take some of the mystery out of the home buying process for first-time home buyers or real estate investors. We'll review all aspects of the home buying process and will answer questions like:
*How much can I afford to spend on a house at my income level? *How does my credit affect my ability to purchase a home? *How can I improve my credit history and credit score? *What are the different mortgage loan products on the market? *Are there any federal, state, or city programs that I can use to buy a home? *What are the tax benefits of home ownership? *How can I find a great affordable house within my community?
