Company Info

What is the buzz?

In real estate, the "buzz" is an important part of making an informed transaction. The buzz contains information you?ll want to know in order to make the most of the market and your own assets when you buy or sell a home. It is statistics, current market conditions, and creative financing. It is pricing trends, consumer preferences, and investment plans. And it changes every day!

Have you heard the buzz?

So, are you up-to-date on the real estate buzz? If you're not it's all right, because I am! I do my very best to keep on top of the current real estate market so that when you need that information to help you make decisions, I am prepared. With access to the best, most comprehensive real estate information sources available, I keep track of fluctuations in the market, new financing options and, of course, properties that go up for sale.

Company Values

Knowledge
It is my pledge to each and every client that I will endeavor to not only stay informed myself, but to keep you informed as well. Knowledge is power, and the more you know about your market and your property, the better. I'll keep you up-to-date, and if you have questions please feel free to ask.

Service
I know that you have plenty of choices when you select a real estate agent or company, and I truly appreciate your giving me the opportunity to work with you now, and perhaps to earn your business in the future. Therefore, I strive to give each and every client the best experience possible by staying in touch, listening to your concerns, and resolving issues promptly. I manage every transaction by keeping up with marketing, lenders, and title companies, as well as additional service providers with whom Iwork. Moreover, I'm happy to continue providing excellent service once your transaction has been completed. Need the name of a good plumber or electrician? Thinking about buying an investment property? Just give me a call; I'm here to help.

About Me

After growing up in Kenya, I attended York University in Toronto, Ontario and graduated with a degree in business. From there, I moved to Washington, DC and worked in public health. During that time, I bought my first home and enjoyed the process a little too much. After that experience, I entered real estate as an investor and have rehabilitated a few properties since - including a 4,000 square foot gut rehab of a house in Columbia Heights. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooking, playing music, out with friends finding the best of the DC food scene, or with my dog out and about.
