Company Info
What is the buzz?
In real estate, the "buzz" is an important part
of making an informed transaction. The buzz contains information you?ll want to
know in order to make the most of the market and your own assets when you buy or
sell a home. It is statistics, current market conditions, and creative
financing. It is pricing trends, consumer preferences, and investment plans. And
it changes every day!
Have you heard the buzz?
So, are
you up-to-date on the real estate buzz? If you're not it's all right, because I am! I do my very best to keep on top of the current real
estate market so that when you need that information to help you make decisions, I am prepared. With access to the best, most comprehensive real estate
information sources available, I keep track of fluctuations in the market, new
financing options and, of course, properties that go up for sale.

About Me
After growing up in Kenya, I attended York University in Toronto,
Ontario and graduated with a degree in business. From there, I moved to
Washington, DC and worked in public health. During that time, I bought
my first home and enjoyed the process a little too much. After that experience, I entered real estate as an investor and have rehabilitated a few properties
since - including a 4,000 square foot gut rehab of a house in Columbia Heights. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooking, playing music, out with
friends finding the best of the DC food scene, or with my dog out and about.
